Safe Harbor Care Home offers services to both assisted living and memory care residents,  providing support and care through a team of experienced caregiver who are available around-the-clock. We specialize in the care of seniors with mental health problems, dementia/Alzheimer and terminal illnesses through the end of life. The staff helps residents with everything from personal care to medication management and health monitoring. Caregivers skilled at redirecting difficult behaviors or agitation associated with Alzheimer and dementia.
